Overview

15x1 Labs, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built HONE as a premium iOS application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

We built HONE with a simple principle: your data belongs to you. We collect as little as possible and share nothing.

Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information.

HONE does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or submit any personal information to use the app.

Apple Game Center

HONE uses Apple Game Center for your display name, avatar, and leaderboard rankings. This information is provided by Apple and managed entirely through your Apple ID. We do not store, access, or control your Game Center data. Apple’s privacy policy governs how Game Center data is handled and is available at apple.com/privacy.

Training Data

Your game history, scores, session data, and training statistics are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your iPhone and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

Subscription Information

HONE PRO subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not see, store, or have access to your payment information, billing details, or Apple ID credentials. Subscription status is verified through Apple’s StoreKit framework on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

To be explicit:

  • No name, email address, or contact information
  • No location data or GPS
  • No device identifiers for advertising purposes
  • No behavioral analytics or usage tracking
  • No crash reporting via third-party SDKs
  • No advertising identifiers (IDFA)
  • No biometric data
  • No camera or microphone access

Third-Party Services

HONE does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection SDKs. The only third-party services involved are:

  • Apple Game Center — for display name, avatar, and leaderboards (Apple-managed)
  • Apple App Store / StoreKit — for subscription processing (Apple-managed)

We have no relationship with any advertising networks or data brokers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your information with any third parties. There is no information to share — we do not collect it.

Data Storage and Security

Your training data is stored locally on your device using Apple’s CoreData framework. It is subject to your device’s built-in security, including passcode protection and encryption. We recommend keeping your iPhone backed up via iCloud or your computer to preserve your training history.

A future update may offer optional iCloud sync for training data. If implemented, this will use Apple’s CloudKit — your data will remain in your private iCloud account and will not be accessible to us.

Children’s Privacy

HONE is designed for adults. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store, but its content and purpose are intended for adult users. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us at hone@15x1.com.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. Your training data lives on your device — you can delete it at any time from within the app, or by deleting the app entirely.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may provide you with additional rights. Because HONE does not collect, sell, or share personal information, there is nothing to disclose, opt out of, or request deletion of. For questions, contact hone@15x1.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of HONE after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will not make changes that reduce your privacy protections without prominent notice.
